In this top, I will only share anime where the protagonists are adults (minimum attending university), through different contexts and themes. 

• Koori Zokusei Danshi to Cool na Douryou Joshi

Himuro is the descendant of a snow woman. This generates a snow/ice reaction whenever he feels a strong enough emotion. On the way to his new job, he will meet Fuyutsuki, who will warm his heart.
It's an anime that revolves around everyday life, through work, hanging out with friends and more. The quality of the graphics and the color management is just magnificent. It is a pleasure for the eyes. The group of characters is nice, Himuro is super cute and personally, I really identified with the main character.

• Nodame cantabile

In this anime the main protagonist is a man, Shin'ichi Chiaki. He is a musical prodigy who studies at a Music Academy. As he begins to tire of his art, he meets Megumi Noda, who is totally different from him in every way. She falls in love with him and his talent although this love is first, unrequited. But they will nevertheless get closer on a musical and intimate level, on their way to a beautiful romantic symphony. This anime is complete, satisfying as we see their relationship evolve. The comedy is hilarious and the music very pleasant.

• Love is hard for otaku

Narumi and Hirotaka meet again by working in the same company. They are in fact, childhood friends and have the same passion for video games, manga and more that they try to hide a little to be able to blend in with today's society.
It's a super light and funny anime where we see many relationships being built. The dynamics of the anime is really nice and I would have liked to see more.

• Net-juu no susume

Moriko Morioka is a 30-year-old single woman who spends her free time alone in her apartment playing video games. In her new game she decides to embody a male character and will meet a female character in the game, to whom she will become attached, while meeting a mysterious employee in real life, Yuuta Sakurai.
This anime is interesting although it may seem super simple. It is not into extravagance or in a complex context, but still manages to keep us focused and in a hurry to see what's next. With a lot of twists and turns, it's a short and enjoyable anime.

• Love of kill

Chateau Dankworth is a talented bounty hunter with a serious and cold character. One day during a mission, she meets a curious character who makes a special request: to know her name and her phone number. Indeed, it seems that the criminal maintains a fascination for the young woman, who is not of the same opinion.

I can say that it's anime has a part of hate/love category. It's a bit of a cat and mouse game between the characters, 'run away from me, I'm following you' kind of relationship. It is an anime full of action, of revelation, with characters having a real dramatic past.

• Natsuyuki rendez-vous

Hazuki fell in love with Rokka, a florist 8 years older than him. He tries to get closer to her but one day, he finds himself face to face with a man, who seems to be none other than the late husband of his beloved.
I think it's lively and refreshing since we're not necessarily used to see relationships where the woman is older than the man. The fact that she also has very short hair is innovative. The anime is deep, talks about real interesting and serious subjects such as grief.

• Spy x family

Episodes: 25 (2 seasons)

Twilight, the world's most talented spy, gets a crucial new mission. To carry out his mission and pass under the radar, he decides to create a false identity and a false family. For this, he will adopt a special young orphan who actually has a telepathic power that allows her to hear the thoughts of the people around. Twilight will also have to find a woman to share this mission and as the little child, his future fake wife is not an ordinary woman.
This anime is one of the most popular of its generation due to its comedy, interesting plot and iconic characters. A new season is planned for soon.

• Nana

• Senpai ga Uzai Kōhai no Hanash

Igarashi works in a company where she has a colleague who is the opposite of her. Indeed, she has a rather cute physique and is small in size for her age while her colleage is very imposing and almost scary. This anime juggles between work, romance, social life, everything that comes close to a basic life.
I enjoyed this light anime and I think ultimately a lot of people can relate to the character of Igarashi, who is underrated and misunderstood because of her physical appearance. 

• Spice and wolf

Themes: romance, drama, fantasy

Episodes: 25 (2 seasons) 

Lawrence Kraft is a traveling merchant who dreams of opening his own shop. One day he arrives in a village where people celebrate a divinity. However, the inhabitants manage to do well without her help. This divinity, named Horo, then decides to travel. Thus begins an adventure taking the two characters through a medieval era where they will have to face dramas, dangers and more.
It is a mature anime that talks about serious subjects such as the economy and features two unique personalities that complement each other well.
A new adaptation is planned for soon!
