There are 3 seasons and each season is only better than the previous one.

The graphics are very clean and the music is memorable. There is a real atmosphere. The characters are atypical and complement each other. The romance builds and is very satisfying. This anime is complete, you won't have to wait for more episodes. You can find it on YT or Netflix.

This is one of the first Chinese anime I watched. It was a breath of fresh air considering the decline of Shoujo anime as well as anime with female protagonists. Yunxi Qian has lived most of her life as a recluse, far from civilization. On the eve of her 16th birthday, she is forced to exchange place with her younger sister, who is to marry one of the princes of the royal family. The Prince has the reputation of being cold, insensitive and heartless. The characters are badass and the opening is one of the weirdest I've ever seen! I wish the anime was longer or had a sequel.

They will then decide to take her in, since they know her father and are in fact also looking for him. Many events will occur during Chizuru's journey with the Shinsengumi during which they will discover mysterious secrets and face battles against interesting characters. This anime is far from being idealistic and plays a lot with feelings. You will laugh, cry and be surprised. The OSTs are amazing and I still listen to them years after watching the anime.

If you are looking for a complicated relationship, which may seem like hate/love, give it a chance. I think that season 1 exposes us to the context, dramas and that season 2 is more focused on romance.

This anime is a little long but it gives a more realistic side and is not rushed. It is satisfying to see the MC in her chosen field.

This anime is really cute and sweet, while showing toxic behaviors and serious topics. It is interesting to see our protagonist gradually gaining a taste of life and opening his heart.

The various events are interesting and make us want to know more. I hope a season 2 will be planned.
